Old Device User Responsibility Terms

Thank you for participating in EinScan Pro HD and 2X 2020 Trade-in program. As part of this program, we acknowledge that you will be responsible for handling your old device independently. However, it is important to note the following terms and conditions:

  1. 1. Device Registration: By participating in EinScan Pro HD and 2X 2020 Trade-in program, you agree that the serial number of your old device will be registered with our company.
  2. 2. Termination of Support and Services: Once the old device is registered, our company will no longer provide any support, services, or warranty for the old device.
  3. 3. User Liability: You understand and accept that our company will not be held responsible for any issues, damages, or malfunctions that may arise from the use of the old device or any subsequent second-hand transactions.
  4. 4. Independent Handling: It is your sole responsibility to handle the old device appropriately.
  5. 5. Trade-in Program Exclusivity: This policy applies specifically to EinScan Pro HD and 2X 2020 Trade-in program and does not affect any other warranties, support, or services provided by our company for new devices.

By participating in the trade-in program and accepting this policy, you acknowledge that our company is released from any liability related to the old device, and you agree to indemnify and hold our company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use or trade of the old device.
