Terms and Conditions for EinScan Pro HD & 2X 2020 Trade-in Program

This policy applies to the following devices:

1. 1. Older Pro series models (Pro, Pro+, 2X, 2XP)
2. 2. Other 3D scanners valued at over $4000

You can trade in your old scanner for the following two models:

1. 1. EinScan Pro HD
2. 2. EinScan 2X 2020

This Trade-In Programme is organized by SHINING 3D. By accepting the Trade-in Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. 1. Eligibility: You represent and warrant that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to participate in this Trade-In service.
2. 2. Service Provider: The Trade-In service is provided by SHINING 3D and authorized resellers.
3. 3. Non-Reseller Agreement: You confirm and undertake that you are not an authorized reseller of SHINING 3D.
4. 4. Ownership: You represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of the trade-in device and have full ownership rights to trade it in.
5. 5. Encumbrances: You confirm and warrant that there are no leases, liens, or other third-party interests attached to the trade-in device.
6. 6. Trade Eligibility and Valuation: You acknowledge and agree that trade eligibility and trade-in values are subject to inspection and evaluation by SHINING 3D or authorized resellers.
7. 7. Relevant Information: In compliance with applicable laws, you consent to the disclosure of relevant information provided by you during the trade-in process to law enforcement authorities, as required by SHINING 3D or authorized resellers.
8. 8. Disposal of the old scanner:
9. (a) Return option: You can return the old scanner to our appointed address at your own expense, including shipping costs and possible customs duties;
10. (b) Non-return option: You can choose not to return the old scanner. In this case, you will be required to agree to “Old Device User Responsibility Terms”.
11. 9. Acquisition of new scanner: Upon SHINING 3D and receiving the old scanner, the trade-in will be applied, and you can purchase a Pro HD or 2X 2020 at a discounted price.
12. 10. Discounted access: Each customer is only eligible for one trade-in of a Pro HD or 2X 2020.
